Roommate Discount - 2024 Tours
Sharing a hotel room with someone else during your storm chasing tour? You and your roommate will receive a special discount that entitles you and your roommate to a $100 discount per person! This is a $200 savings per couple that shares a room. Please note that you must find your own roommate before booking your tour. Be sure to enter in your roommate's name to the appropriate box during the booking process when prompted so that we can connect your reservations and give you the discount.
2024 discount: $100 per person, $200 per couple sharing a room
NOTE: Promotional discounts or other discounts will be applied to the final tour balance, not the required $500 deposit.

Roommate Discount - 2024 Tours
Sharing a hotel room with someone else during your storm chasing tour? You and your roommate will receive a special discount that entitles you and your roommate to a $100 discount per person! Included in a Tour
2024 TOURS: Storm chasing tours include 6 days of storm chasing, hotel lodging except for the first night (arrival date) and last night (night before you depart) of your tour, ground transportation during the tour, and a wi-fi connection to use in our chase vehicles. You will need to book and pay for the first and last nights of hotel lodging separately, as previously indicated. While you don't have to necessarily stay in our base city hotels during these two nights, you will be responsible for finding transportation to our base city hotel for orientation on the first morning of our chase and to wherever you may be staying on the last night of our chase. We will provide details about where our base city hotel(s) will be after booking.
Deposit
A non-refundable $500 per person fee is required to reserve your place on a tour. The remaining balance, the full tour fee minus the deposit, is due before your tour as outlined in the Payment information below.
Payment
2024 TOURS: Information on paying your $500 per person deposit will be presented to you during the booking process. This deposit must be paid online to reserve your tour seat. The rest of your tour fee (full tour fee minus $500 deposit) in the form of personal check or cashier's check (all in US Dollars) is due by mail on February 1st, 2024. Send payment to the address listed on the Contact page of this website. If you are outside the USA, express mail is recommended so that payment arrives prior to your due date. If your tour fee is not paid in full by your corresponding due date listed above, your tour seat will be re-listed for sale and your deposit fee will be forfeited. If you book a storm chasing tour after the payment due date above, it must be paid in full. We do not take checks after the due date.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, but you can buy travel insurance and we reccomend that you do so.

Hotels
We'll stay in mid-range hotels during our tours. We understand how important clean and safe hotels are to you! We'll stay at Quality Inn and other similar brand mid-range hotels. Although we do not have an unlimited budget, we will always do our best to ensure a reasonable caliber of lodging. Please be aware that some hotels may not elevators, so be prepared to carry your bag and belongings up flights of stairs in limited instances.
Flights
Airfare is not included with a storm chasing tour. Please make sure you are selecting the correct year of your tour and the correct dates when booking flights. Search for your airfare now, click here.
Gift Certificates
Get a Storm Chasing Adventure Tours gift certificate! They're great gifts for Christmas, anniversaries, birthdays, and graduations. Print out your gift certificate by clicking here. Be sure to fill out the name of the person who will receive the certificate and go on a storm chasing tour. After printing, you MUST pay the deposit for a tour at the bottom of our Reservations page for the certificate to be valid. The remainder of the tour fee, payable by personal check, cashier's check, or money order, is still due by mail by February 1st of the year of the tour (see Payment above). The recipient will then need to complete the reservations form process at the top of our Reservations page in their name and indicate that they received a gift certificate in the "discounts or coupons" box when booking.
